Our infrastructure plays a vital role, and our continuous investment in our fleet ensures optimal care of produce in accordance with our BRC guidelines. The majority of our modern fleet adheres to Euro 6 standards, and we are dedicated to an ongoing replacement program to minimize our environmental impact.
Whilst every aspect of our fleet and systems is significant, the provision of high levels of care and service on a daily basis is impossible without our exceptional group of delivery drivers.
They are the heart of our operations, serving as the daily point of contact with our customers. We place significant emphasis on their training and well-being, making substantial investments to attract and retain the best talent in the industry.
AI technology plays a huge role in ensuring safety in and out of vehicles - We utilise state-of-the-art systems to ensure every turn of the wheel is in the most sustainable manner, the route and in cab behaviour tracked and alerted, this just doesn't maintain the safety of our people and those around but brings a brilliant service service to our valued customers.

Snowden House is named in memory of our great friend, artist, and amazing grower, Richard Snowden. His creative flair and love for perfection was in our minds when we added the new development kitchen which boosts some amazing pieces of equipment and allows our creative juices to flow.

In March 2017, we opened our Widnes facility with the primary goal of delivering an improved and locally responsive distribution service to our valued customers in the North-West.
From Widnes, our distribution extends to customers as far north as Lancaster and as far south as Shrewsbury. Our ongoing commitment to excellence is reflected in the continuous evolution of this modern facility.
Ideally situated near major motorway networks and near the key cities within the Northwest region, our Widnes facility ensures efficient and timely service to meet the diverse culinary needs of our customers.
The Widnes facility is also equipped with state-of-the-art picking and packing operation and a dedicated, hands-on team whose love for food oozes in every direction. As well as the operation the Widnes depot also has a development kitchen where our customers & suppliers can meet and be entertained

In March 2024, we headed south down to Slough as we built the DeliFresh Slough-based Depot.
Upon entering, you are greeted by the enticing aroma of carefully selected, locally sourced produce, embodying our commitment to delivering excellence into the south of the UK.
We take pride in our dedication to providing a diverse array of premium ingredients, ensuring that each item surpasses expectations in taste and quality with suppliers and products you may have never seen before. Delivering freshness, flavour and convenience straight into the capital six days a week.
Our Facilities
We believe in providing customers with the same high levels of service and support regardless of their location. We want to provide a truly flexible service, providing next-day deliveries within the shortage's possible lead time and ensuring the necessary backup and support is in place.
The investment we have made in our strategically located new regional distribution centres allows us to provide a truly local service to all our customers. These modern and environmentally friendly facilities allow us to provide the optimum levels of well-being for our two greatest assets – our products and our people.
